Heba has been at the vanguard of marketing solutions and corporate strategy for some of the world's most recognizable companies helping them establish their presence in the Middle East. Over the last two decades, she has instilled her passion for client service, organizational culture and teamwork at BIZ COM. Building brands and leading clients across industries, she consistently pursues ideas that engage, influence, inspire, and achieve results for clients. A key responsibility of Heba is to monitor all BIZ COM regions, and to strengthen the strategic integration of the agency's specialist brands to improve cross-functional cooperation across regions.

In addition, she oversees many of the firm's largest and most ambitious client relationships. As a 20-year industry veteran, Heba is committed to looking beyond the surface for meaningful insights and reaching out to the best of the media network to deliver excellence to clients. Her focus is on harnessing the power of marketing channels to create measurable results for her clients and teams. Having a broad understanding of the entire marketing spectrum has resulted in her developing an in-depth understanding of organizational development, change implementation, creative execution, and leadership.
